Gluten free and sugar free?
Should you be eating gluten free? Maybe NOT if it is because:

A little about myself and my approach to food
I have been gluten free since 1977, when there were NO commercial foods that were gluten free, except some bread that tasted like cardboard. I also was vegetarian for many years, and this meant I learned how to cook from scratch. I still eat a mostly plant-based diet without red meat or poultry.
My intention is to show that it is completely possible to eat well on a gluten free diet--without spending hours in the kitchen. |
