Friday November 23, 3-5 pm (the day after Thanksgiving)
suggested $15-25
register here
With yoga teacher Diana Woodall
Diana believes that yoga is an art for everyone, not just the young and/or flexible. She has taught yoga since 1990, and is a student of Judith Lasater, author of Relax and Renew. *In restorative yoga, props are used so that poses can be held comfortably for a period of time. In this way, the digestive, nervous, and endocrine systems of the body are positively affected, not just the muscles
And musician Josh Stoddard:
Joshua performs each sound bath with the intention of providing a grounding experience to leave you feeling centered and recharged. His angelic soundscapes are created through a stream of consciousness process using guitar, voice, and quartz crystal sound bowls. Joshua combines his passion and over 20 years experience as a musician with his love to provide a space of peace and healing for others. You can listen to his music and watch here
Open, but not limited to, everyone whose lives have been impacted by cancer: those in treatment, survivors, family members and friends
