Home yoga practice challenge
Each year, I invite students past or present to join me in a 40-day practice of some aspect of yoga, on or off the mat. Practice should be daily, specific, measurable, and related to yoga in some way. This year's practice begins on March 1 2017.
Some examples of things you might choose for your practice:
1. 20 minutes of asana daily
2. 15 minutes of journal writing
3. 10 minutes of meditation
